The location was absolutely fabulous, with stunning scenery that took our breath away. We were warmly welcomed by the family and they even arranged PCR tests for us at short notice. The tasting dinner with wine pairing was mind-blowing, set in a fantastic ambiance. We bought plenty of their excellent wines to bring home and can't wait to order more for delivery. The small family environment created a brilliant and personal atmosphere. We are definitely planning to return here multiple times, as our experience was simply perfect.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with the owners being very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated between Siena and Florence, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
That there were no taxi services available in the area, and it was too far to walk into town. This meant that guests had to rely on their own transportation or hire an expensive car service.

The guestrooms at Tenuta Cortedomina are simply delightful! The beds are so cozy, and I loved having the option to choose from a variety of pillows. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The bathrobes provided added a touch of luxury. Plus, the room had a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, making it super convenient!
I personally found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit chilly. However, I understand that some guests might appreciate its elegant appearance.

The location with the view is perfect! Everybody is very very friendly! The breakfast was good and relaxing to enjoy at the terrace. Every night we saw lots of wild animals. The place is the calm itself!
There were a few downsides to my stay. One of the key locations, such as a pool, was missing.

The decoration at the hotel was simply exquisite, with a charming rustic touch that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully decorated with cozy seating areas and a lovely library, perfect for relaxing with a good book. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to get around.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered towards senior guests.

The property was beautiful and had stunning scenery. The room was lovely and comfortable. The highlight was the delicious and authentic food, especially the amazing breakfast spread. The hospitality was warm and friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Getting around the region without a car was extremely difficult. Public transportation was unreliable and infrequent, and strikes often caused cancellations.

They had everything - accommodation, a beautiful garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, and even a restaurant. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and the WiFi worked well. Plus, they had onsite table tennis for some entertainment.
Oh, the joy of not being able to complain about anything and the thrill of not knowing the price of what they serve you! Such a memorable experience!

I had a peaceful one night stay in a stunning location with exceptional service. The room was beautifully designed with attention to detail, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff treated me like family, providing kind and caring service throughout my stay. The surprise five-course dinner was an absolute delight, with creative and delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast each morning was also a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of special items. The view from the hilltop location was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.
One small drawback was the lack of a small fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for keeping drinks or snacks at hand.
